What We Are Known For:
- Neurological Approach: Our goal is to identify “why”
- Family-Centered
- Experienced
A Neurological Approach:
We are proud of our neurological approach to treatment. The therapists at ATA have spent years understanding the brain and how it works. Our team uses a “Whole Brain Approach” to guide our diagnostics and interventions. We strive to do more than just identify symptoms. We implement knowledge of the brain's functions to understand why the symptoms exist and suggest treatments that are specifically aimed at the etiology of the deficit.
Family Centered:
At ATA, family members play an instrumental role in intervention. Research supports that learning is enhanced by repetition and practice. Family members at ATA receive on-going trainings with a goal of maximizing carry-over of therapeutic goals at home.
Experienced:
Our team members have devoted their careers to becoming specialists in their respective disciplines. Each therapist in this distinct organization comes with years of experience and vast contributions to the field including national lectures, publications, abundant post-graduate certifications and numerous acknowledgments from clients around the world.
